HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Recruit, screen, and interview, following all HR processes and procedures.
- 2. Continually educate employee on company policies and keep employee handbook current
- 3. To attend employee & patients complaints and work to resolve conflicts
- 4. Processing payroll, which includes vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
- 5.Orienting new employees to the organization- 7. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- 8. To organize staff training (E.g. CME, PR & Customer Service training and eduacation).
- 9. To handle KKM license renewal for each center and municipal business licensing (Majlis Perbandaran Daerah).**Benefits**:
