**Salary**:
Hours: 9:30AM-6:30 PM (Half day on Saturdays)

- We are on the hunt for a competitive and active **Human Resource Executive** that will help the current HR Global Team of Initia run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, assisting compensation and benefits, and timekeeping/ leave, and enforcing company policies and practices._

**THE JOB**:

- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Perform End-to-end Recruitment (from Sourcing to Hiring) and End-to-end Onboarding SOP.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law mainly in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support Singapore and Malaysia HR Manager on all HR related matters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of human resources experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal/relationship building skill
- Preferably with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Zoom,PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive tools and basic Canva/ Adobe editing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage confidential issues related to HR.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Has their own desktop / laptop with fast internet environment (fiber)
- You are required to own a desktop / laptop to carry out the required tasks with fast and smooth internet connection in your place
