**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) Conduct HR Orientation and handle on-boarding activities for every new hires
b) Coordinate employee training, plan and execute in-house and public training programs to support organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with employee development needs
c) Manage course fees, vendor relationships and invoices to ensure timely payments and adherence to budget constraints
d) Familia with HRDF claim procedure
e) Maintain and update the training data to ensure accurate training records and reporting
f) Audit participation, support certification ISO and customer audits by providing relevant training, data and documentation to demonstrate compliance
g) Monitor and update employee data for medical and insurance coverage, check monthly invoices, claim submission and follow-up
h) Conduct market research and analysis for employee’s benefits to ensure competitive compensation practices
i) Review employee JD and update from time to time
j) Assist to organize employee engagement activities.
k) Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
l) To investigate and handle all allegations of staff misconduct and to administer appropriate disciplinary actions, including carrying out a domestic inquiry in accordance with the requirements of the Employment Act.
m) Any ad-hoc job tasks assigned by superior.
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
a) Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
b) At least 3 years of solid HR/ Admin experience, particular in employee Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
c) Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit procedures
d) Strong organizational, independent, multitasking abilities and analytical.
e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
