HR Office Coordinator

Office Coordinator Duties:
1.To raise IPR for HRA department such as training, royale voucher, meal allowance in monthly basis, etc.
2.To prepare the comparison listing for IPR cash advance.
3.To be controller to ensure all the documentation and report in the HRA is always updated, clean, completely filing.
4.To set up the refreshment for meeting, training or visitors as and when required.
5.To be responsible on housekeeping and maintenance of cafeteria, meeting room, discussion room, training room, toilets and etc.
6.To be responsible for stationery monitoring, recording, ordering and ensuring the stationery supplies are in order.
7.To ensure correspondences and documents are filed accurately.
Training & Management:
3.To provide the training attendance list and training form for related training internal and external.
4.To scan and filing all the training attendance list for safe keeping for all staff.
Medical Surveillance:
1.To be a Leader in Medical Surveillance in SHE committee.
2.To coordinate staff’s medical check-up and medical surveillance.
Event Management:
1.To assist in organizing ER activities by department; gathering for Monthly Assembly, Birthday Party, Hari Raya, Staff Farewell, Staff Admitted, Khairat Kematian, etc.
2.To achieve compliance with HALAL requirements, ISO requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, cGMP and GDP requirements such as PIC/S, US-FDA, EU-GMP, EU-GDP, local regulatory and third party principal requirement.
3.To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
