Job Summary
The HR Coordinator supports the HR department in administrative tasks, coordination activities, and documentation to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and updating candidate records.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and HRIS data.
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements including IT access, equipment, and orientation.
- Assist in training arrangements: booking venues, preparing materials, attendance tracking.
- Handle general HR administration (leave records, attendance updates, claim checking).
- Support HR team in audits and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with vendors (insurance, medical panel, uniform suppliers).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Position Level: Entry / Junior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
