HR & Admin Officer

Location: Puchong, Selangor (Equator Engineering Sdn Bhd)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities :
Recruitment:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with the Employment Act 1955 and internal policies.
HR Administration:
- Assist in payroll-related documentation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Support internal audits and compliance checks.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
