As our new Service Deliversy Manager you will employ your experience and broad technical expertise to ensure the quality of all delivered services to our client base.

**Your contributions**:

- Maintain governance and positive relationships with customers.
- Manage service delivery for all operational deliverables in the contract.
- Establish and refine delivery processes, where the goal is to deliver world class service.
- Ensure processes are efficient and cost-effective.
- Identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Build partnerships and liaise with our team leaders to determine criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise at our Cegal offices around the world.
- Resource management and scheduling of work tasks within the client.
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery, from planning to execution
- Participate in regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Generate and analyse monthly service reports and present to client.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery processes.
