Service Delivery Manager

To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Assist in hiring and training the staff of the service delivery team.
- Take Ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolve parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.
- Maintaining positive relationship with customers.
- Identifying Customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Work with teams to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects throughout th given service line or function.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
- Building partnership and liaising with team leaders to determine the Company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issue that may arise.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- Experience work as project manager, service delivery manager, operations manager
- Strong experience knowledge with ITSM tools, customer service, project management and quality control skills.
- Strong Management experience leading and managing the service desk function, coupled with strong vendor communication in English & Malay.
- Experience in customer service, leadership and retail field is added advantage.
- IT Dgree and ITIL qualifications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
