**Salary**: 2,500 -3,500

**Working Hours**: Monday
- Friday 8.00 am
- 6.00 pm

**Job Scope**:

- Provide 24/7 service of inbound calls for roadside and accident assistance and other service requests such as on-the-go windscreen replacement and car replacement assistance service to customers.
- Probe to identify the need of the customer based on the vehicle situation.
- Provide policy coverage details.
- Manage response by coordinating service providers to assist the customer.
- Follow up and provide status updates to customers.
- Attend all inquiries and complaints from inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Guide customers basic trouble shooting and offer appropriate alternatives.
- Escalate situations/complaints involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance, advice and support.
- Capture the voice of the customer and provide service recovery lapse for process improvement opportunity.

Requirement:

- Certification or Diploma in Automotive or related industry
- Experience in Automotive call centre is an added advantage.
- STPM/Diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of work experience.
- Able to speak and read Bahasa Melayu & English fluently.
- Mandarin speakers are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work from Office & Home as required by Management.

Contract Length : 6 Month
