Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring data migration; advise and lead ERP reporting solutioning and testing, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful reports to support decision-making across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and participate in data & report migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute of data migration and reporting plans, including identifying data sources, target systems.
- Perform data migration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Implement data & reporting management strategies; deliver accurate, high quality, complex data & report.
- Understand both logical and physical data structures and model to ensure accurate data representation.
- Assist in design and develop data set on Cloud environment to support various reporting purposes from different data sources, including ERP and its surrounding systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data set and solutions that meet those needs.
- Follow the cooperate data governance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Establish regular data quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and support to users on data-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Engineering, related desired.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analysis, report design/development or data migration.
- Proven track record of successfully deliver Power BI reports or related reporting tools for ERP or MS Dynamics project.
- Hands-on experience of data analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, SAP BW, AWS.
- Experience of data analysis in Finance and Supply Chain domains is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity.
- Ability to synthetize/simplify complex information.
- Strong understanding of current technology concepts, trends, and capabilities.
- Ability to manage scope and expectations with business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a good team player.
- Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
