Position: Assistant Customer Service Manager

Location: Port Klang

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily client service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and shipment updates in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, sales, and customs to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their logistics requirements are met.
- Assist in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service performance reports and assist in staff training where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented thinking.
- Ability to multitask and handle client demands under pressure.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
**Working Days: Mon - Friday, Sat**
**Working Hours: 8.30 - 5.00pm / 9.00-12.30pm (alternate after probation)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
