**Job Summary**: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Office professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. You will handle a variety of tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other requirements.
- Support the management team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean, well-organized, and operates smoothly.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in office administration or a related field is preferred.
