Customer Service Admin Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:
- To assist daily administrative tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments.
- Support the team in organizing events or activities.
- Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with any ad hoc duties as required.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum qualification: [e.g., SPM/High School Certificate, O-Level, or equivalent].
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with associates and customers at all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships and understand client’s needs.
- Positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
