**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Responsible in developing new client base with the team.
- Upkeep of department database and project documents from time to time.
- Lead Brainstorm project ideas and support on pitches.
- Updates of Company website to add and edit records.
- Responsible with B2B marketing and social media updates/promotion.
- Lead presentation, social events and networking where possible.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Support in writing new business proposals and preparing for presentation.
- Assist in the development and the execution of the sales plan with HOD & Directors.
- Assist HOD & Director in Marco & Micro Management of marketing department.
- Generate new business opportunities and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage projection and planning the sales target.
- Active in Business network leads generation database.
- Able to lead in pre-qualification exercise to tender participation.
- Lead/supporting the department on sales and marketing activities.
- Writing reports, meeting minutes, business proposals and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Compilation of feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to develop referral and sales.
- Lead in proposal management, complying to requirements, budget and timeline in meeting client’s objective.
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.
- Collaborating with sales and interdepartmental teams to ensure requirements are met, such as proposal requirement, sales target and profit goals.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of current products /services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses.
- Negotiation pricing with clients and supplier in some cases.
- Carry out sales forecast and analysis and present findings to superior/ senior management

**Job Requirements: -**
- Good command of written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Sales & Marketing.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate well with all levels of management.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex project & multi task.
- 1 Full-Time position available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
