**職責:**
1. 負責履行公司秘書職能的各個面向;
2.管理客戶組合併確保及時計費和收款;
3. 準備和審查向有關當局提交的決議和文件;
4. 為客戶更新並維護所有相關法定記錄和文件;
5. 精通2016年公司法、馬來西亞公司委員會的要求以及與公司秘書事務有關的其他相關機構;
6. 監控並遵守提交截止日期;
7. 出席董事會、年度股東大會、臨時股東大會等,並準備會議議程及會議紀錄;
8. 及時了解相關立法和監管變化。
**要求:**
1. 合格的ICSA畢業生,具有相關高等教育資格的MAICSA會員; ICSA 決賽入圍者或正在攻讀 ICSA 課程;
2. 至少1年公司秘書實務工作經驗,最好在公司秘書公司工作;
3. 對公司法有良好的了解,並具有準備董事會會議議程和會議記錄以及任何其他諮詢秘書服務的經驗;
4. 良好的人際溝通與溝通能力;
5. 能夠獨立工作,誠信、禮儀意識強;
6. 能夠在壓力下工作並按時完成任務;
7. 能夠領導並激勵小型員工團隊;
8. 較強的英語語言能力及商務寫作能力;
9. Microsoft Word 和 Excel 的能力。
