**Role Description & Responsibilities**

The People & Culture Manager will oversee all HR functions, acting as a strategic partner to company leaders while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a high-performing culture, developing people strategies, and supporting business growth through effective HR practices.

**As a People & Culture Manager, you will**:

- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration across all HR functions.
- Drive key initiatives in employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
- Support organisational change by providing insights on workforce planning and talent development.
- Foster a strong company culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee experience.
- Analyse HR data and trends to continuously improve processes and drive informed decision-making.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- At least 8 years of HR experience, including working closely with leadership teams.
- Proven experience in driving engagement, performance, and talent development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt HR practices to a fast-growing business environment.
