Klang, Malaysia AA Pets Sdn Bhd Full time

Act as the primary point of contact between company leadership (e.g., Director) and external event organizers, vendors, suppliers and venue providers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals and event requirements.
- Create detailed event proposals, timelines, floor plans and run-of-show documents.
- Liaise with event organizers, venue providers and vendors to coordinate all event aspects.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, venues, entertainers and rental companies.
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, transportation, manpower and materials.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, execution, troubleshooting and breakdown.
- Develop sponsorship proposals and manage relationships with sponsors and partners.
- Source, design, and oversee the production of event merchandise, gifts and branded materials.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including handling permits, insurance and necessary documentation.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
