**Responsibilities**:

- Good soft-skill in communication and sales oriented driven for results.
- Prepare quotations or tender documents, proposals and related documents for project acquisition.
- Able to work closely with Technical Team to produce concepts or demos for customers.
- Able to understand IT technologies, technical issues and identify technical solutions opportunities.
- Maintaining awareness and having an interest in constantly changing software and hardware systems.
- Be helpful to assist customers positively and provide guidance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business through various sales plans and activities.
- Handle key accounts and clients for new sales opportunities.
- Sourcing, selecting and negotiating with both local and oversea suppliers.
- Deliver presentations articulately and confidently.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via live chat.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Information Technology/Computer, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud hosting, system integration and security solutions is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good understanding of IT solutions from a business perspective.
- Passionate with initiative and good negotiation skills.
- Positive interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Have own transportation as required to travel to clients’ premises.
