We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern months) to join our dynamic team. As an Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our account management team in handling client relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and contributing to the overall success of our corporate gifting platform.

What will I learn as a Business Development Intern role?

Client Support:

  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to address client needs and concerns.

Order Processing:

  • Facilitate order processing and ensure timely delivery of corporate gifts.
  • Work closely with the operations team to track and monitor order status.

Data Entry and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support account management strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Learn and Grow:

  • Actively seek opportunities to learn about the corporate gifting industry and contribute ideas to enhance our platform.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
