International Business Manager develop and oversee the execution of regional, country, channel or product expansion strategies and establish long-term relationships with potential key clients and customers in line with business objectives.

Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

  • New region development.
  • Operational & business development for pharmaceutical manufacturing export business.
  • Manage different levels of business module through local partnerships & subsidiaries in the region.
  • Liaise with the internal and external RA department and ensure all documents are aligned with countries' regulations.
  • Build rapport with existing distributors and look for new potential distributors for new market segment.
  • Budgeting and forecasting for the region assigned.
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure all agreed P&L budget to be executed within the given time frame.
  • Management of stock levels and support the distributors to roll out new products.
  • Management of payments and logistics with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Science/Pharmacy or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in sales & marketing/international business.
  • Development, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Required skill(s): Interpersonal & Communication skills, Negotiation skill
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Possess positive working attitude, pleasant and dynamic, strong inclination towards sales & marketing.
