**Job Descriptions**:

- Arrange import and export operation and documentation
- Arrange local and overseas transportation ( Sea & Air )
- Handle correspondence with local or overseas agents.
- Plan and execute shipments, ensuring timely container bookings with shipping lines.
- Coordinate cargo pickup, stuffing, and delivery to ports in line with schedules.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Bill of Lading, shipping instructions, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment updates, requirements, and troubleshooting.
- Provide regular updates on shipment statuses and address inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and agents to secure competitive rates and services.
- Work closely with internal departments such as customer service, sales and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and control freight costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of sea freight export procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Saturday: Standby Mode (company events if any)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Export/ Import sea freight: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English
- Bahasa Melayu

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
