New Business Development '¢ To solicits, lead, manage and deliver sales or target growth through exploring effective sales & marketing activities, market research, planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of feasible channel building strategies for the company '¢ Prospect potential new customers and turn this into increased business. '¢ Cold call potential customers to ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. '¢ Meet potential customers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your or existing network. '¢ Research, analyze and execute outdoor channels including but not limited to contractors, interior designers, and whatsoever new assignment that the Management deems fit. '¢ Set up meetings and invite potential customers to the showroom to view the product collection. '¢ Plan approaches and presentations by working with the marketing team to develop proposals and to close sales. Business Development Planning '¢ Identify opportunities for promotion campaigns, services, and marketing events that will lead to an increase in sales, and work together with the marketing team to organize such events. '¢ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. Management '¢ Forecast sales targets and work towards achieving them. '¢ Track and record activity on customers and help to close deals to meet these targets. '¢ Analyze sales performance and provide information on the gaps. '¢ Work with the marketing team to compile customers' databases to keep customers abreast with the information. '¢ From time to time ad-hoc projects and tasks may be required to accomplish the company's goals '¢ Monitoring the performance of outdoor channels, gaining insights and deriving next actions based on insights, and assesses against goals and KPIs '¢ Conduct market research on competitor analysis and info technology to support management decision making; '¢ Contact prospective clients by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal Submission, and sales appointments in order to meet and exceed established sales & revenue quotas; '¢ Work closely with marketing team & clients to plan, strategize, and execute the events which are in line with the marketing plan, to increase the market share and revenue by Win-Win Situation; '¢ Participating in ad-hoc analysis/ special projects and responsibilities to sell the products assigned from time to time; and '¢ Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
