**What do we need you to do?** **工作职责**:

- Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
- Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality.
- Keep kitchen clean and sanitary, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any problems.
- Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**What do we need from you? 职位的需求**:

- At least **3 year(s) of working experience** in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies of kitchen.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Possess **own transportation **and **willing to travel to other outlets if required**.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
