Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operational Management:

- Oversee all aspects of car park operations including staffing, scheduling, and daily procedures.
- Ensure the car park is clean, well-maintained, and meets all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage parking equipment, including payment machines and security systems,ensuring they are in proper working order.

2)Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise car park staff personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

3)Customer Service:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and monitor customer service standards to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
- Develop and manage customer feedback systems to gather insights and improve service delivery.

4)Financial Management:

- Oversee daily financial operations including cash handling, revenue collection, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost control measures are in place.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

5)Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to parking facilities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of both staff and customers.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

6)Maintenance and Repairs:

- Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs for parking infrastructure and equipment.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.

7)Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including staff performance, financial transactions, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and customer satisfaction to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [2-5] years of experience in operations management, preferably within the parking industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to operations management.
