Accountant and E-commerce Operation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accountant**:

- Record and maintain financial transactions in an organized manner.
- Assist with reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Verify and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

**E-commerce operation**
- Manage online store listings, including updating product information, images, and prices.
- Process customer orders promptly and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Accurately pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are handled with care.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce and social media management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok) and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
