**SKOP KERJA (EVENT COORDINATOR)** Sebelum Event (pre-event) 1. Melihat dan menilai kepada jenis, saiz, lokasi event yang mahu dianjurkan.(jika berkenaan) 2. Memeriksa/audit perkakasan dewan (keseluruhan dewan)dan memberi laporan kepada Pengurus Operasi/Penyelia Dewan. 3. Mendapatkan maklumat jelas berkenaan _floor_ majlis daripada client.(walaupun DJ/Emcee telah berkomunikasi dengan _client_) 4. Memberi taklimat kepada “tuan rumah” majlis mengenai patuhan S.O.P yang telah ditetapkan oleh kerajaan atau pengurusan.(jika ada) 5. Membuat perancangan "draft" bagi keperluan event tersebut. Memahami format dan tema untuk event tersebut.(jika berkenaan) 6. Menyenaraikan keperluan untuk penganjuran event tersebut.(jika ada) 7. Membuat perancangan logistik, konten dan kewangan event tersebut.(jika ada) 8. Menyediakan unjuran kewangan berdasarkan quotation yang diterima. (jika ada) 9. Menyediakan beberapa pilihan untuk dibentangkan kepada - client_, berdasarkan bajet yang disediakan.(jika ada) 10. Memeriksa dewan dari segi kebersihan (tempat majlis/surau/tandas/fitting room/ holding room), kelancaran system audio visual,keperluan teknikal dan perkakasan dewan. 11. Memastikan sistem S.O.P masih diboleh pakai untuk majlis yang akan berlangsung terutama thermometer, kod bar (My Sejahtera), penanda/sticker penjarakan sosial dan sanitizer.(jika berkenaan) 12. Perlu hadiri mesyuarat setiap hari Selasa bersama team marketing/sales dan team operasi bagi membincang/kenalpasti setiap perjalanan majlis untuk minggu tersebut. Mesyuarat tersebut mengandungi tarikh majlis, nama dewan, jumlah tetamu, menu makanan dan perancangan majlis serta _checklist_yang perlu dititik beratkan. 13. _Liase_dengan team Décor jika terdapat perubahan dari segi warna bunga pelamin/_walkway_/_arch_ dan _backdrop_ pelamin serta dekorasi dewan. Semasa Event (at-event) 14. Memberi taklimat atau maklumat berkenaan majlis kepada semua krew event (waiter,dj/emcee,in-house staff) yang terlibat.(sebelum atau semasa event bermula) 15. Memastikan semua krew terlibat berada di lokasi masing-masing mengikut waktu yang telah ditetapkan. 16. Menguruskan event mengikut perancangan yang dibuat. 17. Memastikan majlis berjalan mengikut aturcara yang telah ditetapkan. 18. Memastikan setiap keperluan event ada. 19. Menjadi **Event Coordinator** pada hari kejadian. 20. “Memperkenalkan” menu-menu di meja buffet dan sudut teh/bubur kepada tuan rumah/waris terdekat. 21. Memantau semua krew. 22. Memastikan semua tetamu menerima layanan selayaknya. 23. Memastikan event berjalan lancar. 24. Menguruskan kekangan/masalah atau cabaran yang hadir dengan membuat keputusan untuk meneruskan acara. 25. Memastikan team katering datang tepat pada waktu bersama makanan yang lengkap serta cukup kelengkapan katering. 26. Memastikan team waiter cukup dan tahu tugas serta kedudukan masing-masing dan mematuhi S.O.P. 27. Sentiasa memantau dan pastikan krew event dan tetamu mematuhi S.O.P. 28. Memastikan makanan mencukupi sebelum majlis bermula. Selepas Event (post-event) 1. Menyediakan laporan event atau penilaian majlis. 2. Mendapatkan maklumat feedback event daripada client. (Laporan bertulis dan temu bual bersama pengantin dibuat melalui rakaman video bagi tujuan promosi di FB/IG). 3. Memastikan keadaan dewan bersih dan teratur selepas event. 4. Pastikan tiada kerosakan berlaku dalam dewan yang berpunca daripada client/tetamu (seperti pasu pecah,perkakasan dewan rosak, kerusi patah dan sebagainya). Jika ada, security deposit client hendaklah di “hold” terlebih dahulu dan memaklumkan kepada client kerosakan tersebut dan seterusnya merujuk kepada H.O.D dan Bahagian Akaun berapa jumlah yang harus ditolak daripada security deposit tersebut. Duit denda tersebut hendaklah diserahkan kepada Bahagian Akaun. 5. Menyediakan laporan kewangan event.Memastikan dokumen kewangan lengkap dan di failkan dengan baik.(jika ada) 6. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan client. **Perkara penting yang harus Event Coordinator “bear in mind”**: Kebanyakan daripada tugasan Event Coordinator adalah bersifat teknikal & memerlukan kemahiran merancang disamping melihat apa yang bakal berlaku sebelum, semasa dan selepas hari kejadian dan membuat keputusan yang tepat dan cepat. Segala maklumat feedback daripada pengantin atau pihak pengantin hendaklah dibentangkan dan dibincangkan dalam mesyuarat “post-mortem” bagi mengenalpasti kelemahan yang boleh diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan pada masa akan datang. “Post-mortem”; “Post-mortem” diadakan selepas selesai sesuatu majlis bagi mengukur tahap kejayaan majlis. “Post-mortem” juga diadakan untuk mencari punca kelemahan serta cara-cara mengatasinya bagi majlis akan datang. “Post-mortem” tidak akan mendapat kerjasama dari pihak yang terlibat seandainya digunakan untuk mencari kesalahan seseorang. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Experience**: - Ev
