**Position**:Customer Service Executive (Inbound) - Banking Industry
**Location**:Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
**Working Day**: 5 days, 2 days off
**Working Hour**: 9AM - 6PM
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 25 - 50 years old
- At least SPM Certificate or SKM Certificate
- Mandarin speaker also _**AVAILABLE.**_
- Malaysia
- **FRESH GRADUATED ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY**_
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
