**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
- Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
- Maintains human resource information records and compiles reports.
- Responsible in administrative matters.
- Review and update the organization charts, photo charts and function charts.
- Coordinate in HR events - birthday lunch, family days, annual dinner.
- Experienced in HRDC and ISO is an advantage.
- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
