- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify potential patients, including individuals with existing heart conditions, those at risk for heart disease, and those experiencing cardiac symptoms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, cardiologists, and other specialists, to promote the clinic's services and generate referrals.
- Conduct outreach and marketing activities to raise awareness of the clinic and its services.
- Manage and track sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential patients and healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate and close contracts with patients and their insurance companies.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the clinic's management team.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in cardiology and healthcare marketing.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
