About the role:
We are seeking for HR Asst Manager for a well-known financial institution company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to fill open positions. Prepare documents related to the recruitment process and pre-onboarding activities, such as Appointment Letters, Pre-employment Check-Up Letters, Transfer Letters, and more.
- Handle new staff onboarding arrangements, including HR briefings, office tours, raising e-USRs, arranging briefing schedules, preparing related documents, and ensuring the onboarding training program records are up to date.
- Monitor the utilization of credits in the Harrison Assessment system and recruitment job portal, purchasing additional credits as needed. Track employee referral fees and ensure timely payments.
- Handle performance management tasks, including creating and updating appraisal settings in the HR system and monitoring the submission of performance appraisals.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors or managers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, work independently, be resourceful, and stay well-organized.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
