Key Responsibilities:
Acquiring New Customer
Develop business development plans.
Identify potential customers and opportunities.
Keep abreast on the industry update (market needs, suppliers and competitors).
Customer Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Periodically update customers on products and services.
Act as single contact point to customers.
Participation/preparation for Tender Bidding/RFQ
Participate in Tender/RFQ Exercise.
Preparation of tender documents/quotations.
Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts.
Work closely with Finance on product costing/price.
Product knowledge/Scope of works
In-depth knowledge about products and services.
Closely work with manufacturer and principle on product update on technical & commercial matters.
Collaborate with Technical/Operations team for
Project Management
Act as single contact point to customers.
Preparation of budget and costing.
Lead Cross functional Team for project execution.
Reports & Documentations
Update management on Business Development (Customers and Tender/RFQ)
Keep and record Tender/RFQ documents.
Government Liaison
Responsible for new product registration with Government Agencies
