**Brief Job Description**
- Handling filing for admin and human resources
- Assist for monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursement (including statutory payments)
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

**What You’ll Need to Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- 1-3+ Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Related Field
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent management
- Basic knowledge in payroll will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
