**Job Title: Business Development Executive**

As the Business Development Executive at Mana Mana Suites, you will drive the growth of our business through strategic outreach and relationship-building in the property and hospitality sectors. Depending on your strengths, you may take on a broader business development role or focus specifically on long-term rental (LTR) portfolio growth. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position with direct impact on the company’s expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**A. General Business Development (Owner Relations)**
- Identify and approach property owners to onboard their units for various rental platforms.
- Support meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents/agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Assist in organizing and participating in events, talks, and campaigns to attract property owners and tenants.
- Proactively seek out sales opportunities via cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Represent the company at industry events and partnerships with developers or real estate agencies.
- Prepare regular business development reports for internal use.

**B. Long-Term Rental (LTR) Focused Business Development**
- Market available units on property portals and manage rental inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings and handle prospective tenant communications.
- Build partnerships with relocation agents, HR housing contacts, and referral networks.
- Qualify leads, negotiate lease terms, and manage tenancy documentation.
- Coordinate with property owners on unit readiness, pricing, and renewals.
- Oversee lease management from move-in to move-out, including inspections.
- Ensure smooth tenant experiences in coordination with operations and maintenance teams.
- Maintain compliance with tenancy laws and accurate records of leases and payments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate, business development, leasing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online property platforms is a plus.
- Able to work independently and meet monthly KPIs or leasing targets.
- Possess own transport for meeting clients and owners.
- Multilingual ability (English, Malay, Mandarin) highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
