Requirement
- Proven working experience as a customer service representative or position with similar scope
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Language requirement: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia

- Keep accurate records and documents customer service action and discussion
- Excellent communicator, ability to simplify matters
- Take ownership to grow existing database
- Bridge between the company and customer across all platforms and channels
