Job Title: Regional Executive

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a knack for building relationships and driving results? Jetour Malaysia is seeking a Regional Executive to lead our sales efforts, strengthen dealership partnerships, and optimize performance across the region.

Objectives of the Role
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective regional sales plans.
- Dealership Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships within the region. Support dealers through training, inventory management, and promotional activities to enhance sales performance.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Develop and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges within the region.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track dealership performance metrics, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Provide regular reports and insightful analysis to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Promotional Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate regional promotional events, campaigns, and product launches. Ensure that marketing materials align with brand standards and fulfill regional needs.
- Inventory and Supply Coordination: Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure that dealerships maintain the right mix of vehicles to meet local demand, minimizing stock shortages or overages.
- Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Work closely with dealers to enhance the customer experience, addressing feedback and resolving issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Oversee regional budgets allocated for promotions, incentives, and other sales-related expenses, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all sales practices align with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all regional sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performance Tracking: Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and dealer performance, implementing necessary adjustments.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align regional efforts with company goals and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth within a competitive market.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture partnerships with dealerships.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or regional management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Budget Oversight: Experience in managing and optimizing budgets for sales initiatives.
