**What You’ll Do**:
- **Introduce Jess Technology’s high-value repair and solutions** to industries we haven’t reached yet—factories, plants, service contractors and more.
- **Build trust** with first-time clients who don’t yet know how much we can help them.
- **Nurture long-term relationships** based on performance, integrity, and value—not price wars.
- Use **insight, data, and heart** to craft customized solutions for different industries.
- Lead with **purpose and persistence**, not pressure.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- A **degree holder** with at least **1 years of technical or engineering sales experience**, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Someone excited about **building markets from zero** and **leaving a footprint in new territories**.
- A person who is constantly learning, growing, and using **AI tools** and **human insight** to improve every day.
- A teammate who wants to **uplift others**, and in doing so, uplift themselves.
