**Your Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main liaison for key game publisher accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
- Work with internal teams to tailor payment solutions to meet the unique needs of each partner, including handling global transactions and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with product, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner success.
- Monitor account metrics, provide regular performance reports, and analyze data to drive improvements.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage agreements to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and global payment regulations to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Address and resolve any issues or escalations related to respective department, ensuring mínimal disruption to partner operations.
- Oversee the billing and follow up on any outstanding payments.
- Manage key partner relationships and provide day-to-day support.
**Pre-Requisites**:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the payment services or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of global payment systems and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills.
- Proficient in languages: verbal - Chinese & English, Written - English
