HR Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for management, and cleaner positions.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms according to hiring needs.
- Prepare offer letters, agreements, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, headcount, and performance tracking.
- Input and verify allowance data (transport allowance, slot allowance, and training allowance) on a daily and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and HR teams regarding new hires and replacements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles, preferably with experience in foreign worker recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using online recruitment platforms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
