**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Interview Preparation**: Guide clients through the process of preparing for job interviews by providing tips on answering common questions, handling tough interview scenarios, and presenting themselves professionally.
- **Professional Communication Coaching**: Teach clients effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including body language, tone of voice, and how to present themselves in a clear, concise, and confident manner.
- **Dress Code Guidance**: Advise clients on appropriate professional attire for interviews, office settings, and various corporate cultures to ensure they present themselves in a polished and appropriate way.
- **Mock Interviews**: Conduct mock interviews to simulate real-life scenarios, helping clients to practice and gain feedback on their performance.
- **Job Skill Development**: Identify gaps in clients' professional skills and recommend resources or training to improve in areas such as resume writing, professional networking, and personal branding.
- **Personalized Coaching**: Offer tailored advice based on individual client needs and career goals, ensuring the development of a strong personal brand that resonates with potential employers.
- **Follow-up & Progress Tracking**: Monitor clients’ progress throughout their coaching sessions, adjusting strategies and advice based on their development and feedback.
- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout the coaching process, helping them to stay focused and positive

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, career coaching, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of job market trends, interview techniques, and employer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop tailored strategies for diverse clients.
- Comfortable conducting mock interviews and providing personalized coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and client-focused approach.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals on personal presentation and professional etiquette is a plus.
- Certification in HR, coaching, or career counseling is desirable but not required.
- This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara
