HR & Admin Executive

Manage all aspects of HR activities including:
- Coordinate, plan and review manpower requirements at the organization level to support business growth.
- Analyze and formulate the HR processes or procedures and plan, manage, implement new procedures in accordance with Company directions and Employment Act.
- Conduct orientation to new employees about the office policies, procedures, door access equipment, etc.
- Set up and maintain systematic and proper filing of personal files for employees.
- Supervise and review the staff claims, medical and leaves records.
- Responsible for preparation and follow-up on HR documents such as memos, appointment letters, promotions, confirmation, transfers, termination, show cause and suspension letter.
- Handle on employee disciplinary issues, industrial and employee relations.
- Coordinate planning for learning and development, training courses and maintaining training records.
Admin Functions
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.
- Coordinate, formulate, implement and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- In-charged of licensing matters for the organization including monitoring and renewal of all related licenses within the group.
- Relevant administrative tasks
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
