**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives within the assigned area
- Manage and optimize sales territories, ensuring full coverage and efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the region
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report on sales results to senior management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Conduct thorough market trend analysis within the designated area to identify emerging opportunities, customer preferences, and industry shifts

**Experience Needed**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tyre industry, preferably in sales (B2B)
- Possess a Diploma (any field) or higher qualification
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
