Office Assistant

**We're looking for an Office Assistant to handle everything from managing office supplies and coordinating travel to planning team events and supporting our leadership. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love bringing people together, we want to hear from you**:
**What You'll Do**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure a clean and organised working environment for all employees.
- Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication and information flow within the office.
- Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimise cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the office.
- Conduct regular safety assessments and address any concerns.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Open to Fresh Graduates. With 1 experience in office management or administrative work will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
