Responsibilities
- To provide administrative duties and maintain an accurate and manageable schedule for Managing Director in meeting her/his day to day responsibilities
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, consultants and all relevant parties
- To perform administrative functions in the office including but not limited to handling incoming/ outgoing correspondences.
- Mails, calls and faxes, prepare and drafting correspondences, memos, minutes, reports, proposals, filing works, sending calendar invitations and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Maintaining a busy calendar with constant communication and follow-up
- Ability to draft suitable letters without guidance
- To have basic construction and accounting knowledge
- Preferably to be familiar with tenancy agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Accounting system with good organizing skills
- Working hours from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Mon-Fri), occasionally Saturday
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
