Key Responsibilities
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Develop and implement hiring plans and strategies to attract top talent.
- Place job advertisements, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
- Oversee the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- **Employee Relations & Development**:

- Address employee queries and issues, manage conflict resolution, and foster positive working relationships.
- Develop and implement training programs, including customer service and policy training.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and create plans for improvement.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:

- Manage compensation and benefits plans, including payroll and salary reviews.
- Ensure accurate calculation of taxes and compliance with working hours.
- **Compliance & Policy**:

- Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant labor laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel standards.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Strategic HR Management**:

- Align HR strategies with the hotel's overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover and retention rates.
- **Administration**:

- Organize and maintain employee records, contracts, and work permits.
- Manage departmental budgets and control relevant financials.

Key Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is typically required.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in HR management or hospitality management.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, hotel regulations, and best practices in HR management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
