Marketing Manager

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote F&B products, services, and brand awareness.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and events.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends and behaviors, competitor insights, and market opportunities, utilizing these insights to formulate effective marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website development, social media presence, content creation, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, KPIs in order to make data
- driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop marketing plans for marketing strategy and activities including the production of marketing materials, such as print collateral, website content, advertising materials, and press releases.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop annual marketing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, emerging technologies, competitor activities and best practices in marketing and branding to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and brand perception studies to gain insights and make informed branding decisions.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, track brand metrics, and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for event management.
- Identify potential sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead negotiations to secure new business.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring they align with company objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer experiences.
**Position Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
2. Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership position with 6 years in Marketing, Business Administration or in a similar role within the F&B industry.
3. Skills / Competencies:
a. Solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the F&B industry.
b. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing
c. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
d. Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for details and resourceful.
e. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
f. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
g. Experience in event planning, management and branding.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
