Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry through lead generation, prospecting, and market research. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions. 3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and capabilities. 4. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for management review. 8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's services. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics industry or related field. 2. Sound knowledge of logistics operations, services, and industry trends. 3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred). 6. Fluent speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
