**Hotline & Live Chat Support**
**Salary: Up To RM3,000**
**Location**: Axiata Tower
**Job Type**: Full-time | Rotational Shifts (Monday to Sunday)
- Deliver 24/7 customer support via LiveChat and digital platforms.
- Manage communication channels including call center, social media, and web enquiries, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
- Collect and report feedback from drivers and passengers, including issues like booking cancellations.
- Support business improvement tasks such as market research and service audits.
- Handle administrative tasks related to driver accounts (credit top-ups, info updates, etc.).
- Assist in inter-departmental campaigns when required.
- Attend incoming calls, identify issues, and provide accurate solutions.
- Prepare and update reports in the system.
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizen or holder of relevant residence status.
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred (Call Center experience)
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Chinese is an added advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start immediately.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
