1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company’s global reach.
2. Maintain to hit annual sales targets RM 60 million and to grow this figure.
3. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, counsel, coach, discipline and monitor their performance.
4. Meet with potential clients and build long-lasting relationships.
5. Maintain good relationships with existing customers by providing satisfactory services and addressing issues.
6. Identify gaps within the team and develop plans accordingly.
7. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
8. Present reports and realistic forecasts to management.
9. Identifying emerging market and market shifts.

**Work Experience Requirements**:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales functions at third party logistic company (3PL) in warehousing.
2. Proven record of success and leadership background in a sales environment.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Proven ability to drive the entire sales process.
5. Work independently.
6. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
7. Ability to travel.
8. At least Bachelor's Degree in related field.
9. Able to speak and write English and Malay fluently.
10. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for China market.
11. Preferably age between 30-50 years old.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
