**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,000
Working Hours:

- Monday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Location: 860-1, Jalan Permatang Tengah, Taman Perkasa, 13000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang

**A) Administrative Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records
- Prepare letters, invoices, receipts, and other official documentation
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed
- Provide administrative support to management and internal teams

**B) Human Resource Support (Basic Recruitment)**
- Conduct initial interviews (if needed)
- Prepare offer letters and support basic onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee files and records

**Requirements / Preferred Qualities**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic admin tools
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in admin or basic HR is an added advantage
- Willing to work evening shifts and alternate Saturdays
