**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, inventory management and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability and enhance the overall performance of the store.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales metrics, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and other stakeholders to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and managing operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, during weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
